· NGUVUSHOP: selling, renting and leasing of solar lanterns
and solar home systems
· NGUVUPROJECTS: larger solar installations, engineered to
fit the clients’ needs
· NGUVUCONSULTING: various consultancy assignments within the
energy sector

We
are currently looking to

strengthen our team with an Accountant. The person we
aim to hire for this position is expected to grow within our company. This
position will report to the Business Development Manager. He or she will team
up with a Technical and Logistics officer and a Marketing and Sales Officer.
Key
Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Assure cash management (monitor bank accounts, prepare
payments)
· Manage VAT filing and returns and comply with other tax
obligations
· Prepare periodic financial statements and reports
· Monitor budget and draft forecasts
· Draft contracts
· Payroll
· Office management

Profile:
· University degree in finance, economics, accounting,… or
equivalent through experience
· At least 2 years’ experience in finance and/or accounting
· Excellent oral and written English
· Kinyarwanda is an asset
· Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a minimum)
· Knowledge of ERP and/or accountancy software is an asset
· Good knowledge of Rwandan tax and labor law
· Knowledge of EBM
