are seeking to recruit a person who is results driven and self motivated for

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, establish and build new business
relationships. - Present NFT to potential clients through
face–to-face visits and other communication channels. - Develop marketing strategies through
presentations, proposals and networking events in order to build the
portfolio of NFT Consult Rwanda. - Ensure NFT achieves market and share
penetration and profitability objectives. - To monitor competitor activities in the market
place and propose appropriate action plans. - Prepare business plans and provide progress
management reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. - Participate in recruitments and write
recruitment reports. - Manage training programs for NFT’s Outsourced
staff. - To provide support to the General Manager with
regards to NFT’s strategy for Rwanda and undertake any other duties as
assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration or a related qualification. A post graduate professional
qualification in Marketing is and added advantage. - At least 3 years proven experience in the area
of business development or relationship management with a reputable
organization. - Maintaining high level relationships, strong
influencing skills an the ability to communicate effectively with a range
of internal and external stakeholders is essential - Should have excellent project management and
organizational skills with the ability to manage several lobs at once
whilst meeting strict deadlines. - Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written
communication skills. - Have strong influencing skills with the
ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and
external stakeholders
