NFT Consult Ltd is a
Human Resource Management firm offering a variety of services with emphasis in
Recruitment, staff outsourcing, training and personal development. We are
seeking to recruit an energetic, result oriented and a self driven person to
fill the position below

Job Objective

Oversees the
recruiting and human resource functions of the business, managing NFT client
accounts, establishing relationships with clients and building NFT’s client
portfolio as they relate to the company.

Duties and
Responsibilities

  • Develop
    job descriptions, personnel specifications, write job advertisements and
    decide how and where jobs will be advertised together with recruitment
    administrator.  As well as work on more creative solutions to the
    recruitment process.
  • Responsible
    for the drafting, interviewing, and selection of prospective employees for
    clients.
  • Ensure
    the company is up to date with current employment regulations &
    legislation as well as maintain relationship with relevant bodies.
  • Prepare
    presentations, proposals, HR documents and provide reports when required.
  • Manage
    training programs and preparation of required manuals.
  • Provide
    HR Management support for clients.
  • Responsible
    for meeting potential clients and negotiating to generate new business and
    increase the NFT portfolio for all services.
  • Interviewing
    and testing job seekers to build a pool of candidates ready to fill
    vacancies.
  • Present
    NFT to employers and potential clients through face–to-face visits and
    other communication channels for business development.
  • To
    provide support to the General Manager with regards to NFT’s strategy for
    Rwanda and undertake any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications
and skills

  • Must
    have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related
    qualification. A post graduate professional qualification is an added
    advantage.
  • At
    least 3 years proven experience in the area of human resource management
    with a reputable organization.
  • Maintaining
    high level relationships, strong influencing skills and the ability to
    communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
    is essential.
  • Have
    excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
