Our
boutique law firm right on Sydney Harbour is looking to recruit an enthusiastic
and organised full-time legal secretary.
Role &
Responsibilities:
- Assisting
2 partners with administrative tasks including copying, scanning,
emailing, faxing, mail, filing - File
management including opening files and archiving - Precedent
management (LEAP) - Liaising
with clients - Drafting
court documents - Drafting
letters and precedents - Preparing
and sending invoices, managing debtors/receivables - Diary
management - Answering
calls - Attending
to general office and administrative duties - Assisting
conveyancing files
The
successful candidate will have:
- At
least 1-3 years’ legal secretarial experience - High
attention to detail - Excellent
communication skills - Professional
phone manner - Strong
organisational skills - Sound
knowledge of Word/Excel - A
positive, energetic and “can do” attitude - Leap
experience a plus (will teach the right candidate)
On the job training
will be provided.
