Applications are invited for filling up the following posts in the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate
Tribunal, New Delhi purely on deputation basis from amongst officers fulfilling the following requirements:-
Accounts Officer
Pay Scale: PB-2 9300-34800/- + G.P. of Rs.5400/-
Eligibility:
a) Officers under the Central Government –
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or
(ii) 3 years regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- (pre-revised) or
(iii) 7 years regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000/- (pre-revised)
b) possessing anyone of the following qualifications:-
(i) a pass in SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any
of the organized accounts departments of the Central Government
(ii) Successful completion of training in Cash and Accounts work in ISTM or equivalent and experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work.
Private Secretary
Pay Scale: PB-2 9300-34800/- + G.P. of Rs.4800/-
Eligibility:
Officers of the Central/State Govt./Courts/ Tribunals.
i) holding an analogous posts; OR
ii) Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (Rs.5500-9000 pre-revised) with 8 years regular service.
Steno Gr. ‘D’
Pay Scale: PB-1 5200-20200 + G.P. Rs. 2400/-
Eligibility:
Officials of the State/Central Govt./Courts/Tribunals holding analogous posts on regular basis. Possessing the qualifications;
i) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board or University; and
ii) Short hand speed of 80 words per minute in English.

The applications in the prescribed Proforma (Annexure-I) available in the website of TDSAT(www.tdsat.nic.in), from eligible officers who can be spared in the event of their selection may be forwarded in the name of Registrar, TDSAT latest by 2nd May, 2011 along with
(a) up-to-date ACR Dossiers of the candidate concerned or photo copies of the annual confidential reports for the last five years:
(b) Vigilance Clearance Report clearly indicating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned;
(c) Statement showing the minor/major penalties imposed, if any, and
(d) Integrity Certificate.
