NeuroLeadership Group Instructional Designer Job Vacancy in Australia

NLI Solutions Design is looking to add a part-time
instructional design resource to their Asia Pacific team to work on corporate
projects.
Solutions Design consults with and advises key
business stakeholders regarding learning needs and strategy, conceptualises and
creates learning solutions, managing multiple priorities and project deadlines,
including tracking and managing project hours.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Solutions Design to
    conceptualise, design, and write highly interactive learning solutions
    (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target
    learning objectives and improve performance
  • Assess client needs to determine appropriate
    learning and/or performance interventions
  • Tailor existing NLI materials to specific client
    needs through all materials
  • Author and create instructional strategies
    based on client need
  • Develop alliances & working relationships
    with subject matter experts.

Qualifications
  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of instructional
    design experience
  • Degree in adult learning or education
Experience

    documentation
  • Preferred experience in a corporate
    environment
  • Preferred experience in Neuroleadership
  • Preferred experience operating in a virtual
    team environment
Skills
  • Full knowledge of adult learning theories
  • Ability to explain, discuss and apply current
    instructional design theories, methodologies, learning technologies,
    strategies and best practices
  • Extraordinary writing ability along with the
    ability to visualise and communicate content layouts, interactivity, and
    audio and video scripts
  • Experience using measurement and evaluation
    strategies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of learning
    solutions on performance
  • Strong influencing and communications skills
    and ability to work across multiple areas of the company and its products
  • Willingness to stay abreast of current
    research and trends in instructional design, technology, cognitive
    science, & related fields
