Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the network availability at all times and the interconnexion support
• Proposing possible future enhancement of the network security
• Acknowledging all the users about the possible network security measures
• support of different platforms such as MACH,SWITCH,OMP,SigValue and guarantying the systems security
• Monitoring Day by Day the available network equipments, detections and Prevention of network threats and intrusions
• Authentication and managing the staff system physical access, updating the system antivirus protection
• Updating Security appliances, Implementing the network security strategy
• Implementing network audit plans, configuration and administration of VPN channels for different clients and other end users, backing up routers and switches configurations
• Establishing security policies(intrusion Prevention and firewall) and contribute in its management
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in information Technology and Computing Sciences
• 2 or 3 years experience in the relevant field with CCNA and CCNP Certificates
• Training within a Telecom environment is a plus
• Should be a team player with unquestionable integrity
• Should have good planning and organizational skills
• Creative and Innovative
• Must be Rwandan
