NCCK Personal Assistant to the General Secretary Job Vacancy in Kenya

The National Council of Churches of Kenya, an umbrella organization for Protestant Churches and Christian Organizations registered in Kenya, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates, to fill the following position:

Personal Assistant to the General Secretary – Head Office
Ref: PA

Reporting to the General Secretary, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer’s office and facilitate internal communication within the Council.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences or related field
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• 3 years working experience in a busy office

Other Competences:

• Mature committed Christian
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
• Good command of English and Kiswahili
• Clean driving license
• Good understanding of theological issues is an added advantage
