If you are a senior Civil Engineer with consulting and Management experience
(15+ years) and have the desire and capability to “buy into” a partnership

the Company.
As a Senior Manager
and Partner in the business, you will be responsible and accountable for a team
of Engineers delivering “end to end” solutions. You will be
involved in all activities pertaining to working in a busy consulting engineering
practice including: developing lasting customer relationships and consulting
closely with clients, providing design expertise, assisting in managing
projects from design and development to deliveryand final handover. As
one of a small number of Partners in the business, you will work in a cohesive
manner to drive the agreed business strategies, ensure execution of best
business practices – ultimately ensuring the continued success and forward
direction of the business.
You will be a Senior
Engineer and Manager – with relevant Civil Engineering qualifications and
appropriate Professional Registrations including RPEQ. You will
demonstrate a background / history of engineering success, management and
leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
particular successful client management, commercial nous and understanding, and
an attitude and belief in fostering a true team based culture in order to gain
quality outcomes and engender a successful working environment. As
already stated, you must have the capacity to “buy-in” to a
successful consulting company (within a set period of time) which has delivered
and continues to deliver a history of stability, success and profitability.
