As Spa Manager of this beautiful Spa Retreat, you
will operate a very busy and professional facility providing spa & beauty
treatments in a calm & relaxed environment.

Facilities include 7 treatment rooms including wet
rooms, two duo suites, relaxation areas, nail suite, and health club; and
your focus will be on providing exceptional treatments and achieving site
objectives.

As Manager, you will possess the necessary skills
and appropriate experienced to grow the current customer ba

established site which is one of three. You will also need to demonstrate
strength in your management style geared toward staff retention, and have
strong business acumen.
The position will suit a beauty/spa professional
with exceptional communication and customer skills, relevant qualifications,
with at least 3 years hands-on beauty/spa experience, one of which in a similar
management or assistant management position.

You will also be proficient in computer programs,
administration and reporting

Whilst you will have autonomy to manage your team

Skills and responsibilities include
- Ability to effectively communicate to clients,
suppliers, directors, & resort management and staff - An ability to lead and manage a team in all
operational procedures - To maintain the company’s brand integrity and
high standards - To monitor the team’s performances on a weekly
basis - To motivate the team to meet
retail/service/re-booking targets through incentives and encouragement - To successfully promote and grow the
business year on year - Nurture, coach & motivate your team in
line with the company’s desire to become a preferred employer and increase
staff retention rates - Ability to interview, induct and train new
staff members - Ensure consistency of all treatments and
procedures in line with the company brand - Conduct exceptional hands-on treatments as
required - Staff rosters
- Effective administration including computer
& financial reporting - Some weekend shifts apply
