The Inspiring Futures Foundation is a not for profit organisation with over 60 years experience of providing personalised careers guidance and skills advice to young people. We have ambitious plans to extend the scope and reach of our services in the UK and internationally, fully endorsed by a supportive Board of Trustees.
In a changing policy environment and with a move towards a more open and competitive market, there is likely to be a greater requirement for our services in schools across England. To lead our growth and development in England and Wales, we are looking to appoint a National Director, a new position within the senior management team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will crystallise our strategy in this changing environment and have responsibility for developing the business in existing and new markets. You will lead the operational delivery of services and products through a geographically dispersed team, ensuring highly effective performance and quality management.

We are looking for a talented, strategic business leader with business development credentials, “scale- up” experience and a strong commercial orientation who can operate with credibility in the education market, and enable us to grow our business considerably to support more young people in achieving their potential.
