1.RESEARCH & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
1.1.Job Summary / Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Distributions Channels Manager, the
incumbent will provide the technical assistance in product research and
development, establishing and maintaining the coordinated and structured
process for effective development and re-engineering of the Bank’s products.
1.2.Qualifications and Experience
•University degree in Business Administration,
Economics and Commerce related field. AIOB will be an advantage
•A minimum of 3 years experience in production
development within a Banking/Financial Institution environment
•Relevant product knowledge of Commercial Banking
products
•Advance level of MS Excel and power point.
