Botswana has a vacancy for a SHEQ/HR Officer .The SHEQ/HR officer will report
directly to the Plant Supervisor based at Botswana (Gaborone).
Key Responsibilities
•Effective management and continuous improvement of
the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety systems including t
he
Environmental system to ensure full compliant
•Effective management and continuous improvement of
ISO9001 & Food Safety systems
•Ensure awareness training and statutory training
is carried out
•Entrench Health and Safety culture through visible
Management, MDW, BBS, and other Risk initiatives
•Administration of monthly payroll queries for
Liquid Botswana through support from HO
•Administration of our Kronos time management
system through support from HO
•Providing a full human resources administration
function with support from HO
Ideal Candidate
•BGCSE
•Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
•Al least 3-4 years extensive knowledge on the management of the Occupational
Health and Safety Act
•At least 2-3 Management of the ISO9001, Food Safety Standard and GMP.
•1-2 years ability to navigate system, with attention to details
•Be able to work without supervision, self driven and work under pressure.
•Be able to train other people
•Valid driver’s license and valid passport
