The Firm
This leading mid-tier firm has the size and resources of a 2nd–tier practice but retains a very friendly and supportive atmosphere. The practice has around 70 staff and offers a full range of services. Due to continued growth of their client base one of the partners requires an accountant to join the firms audit division.
The Role
Working in this specialist audit team you will work on a broad array of external audit assignments and gain further exposure to a wide variety of industries. Your work will cover private companies, local councils, licensed premises, not-for-profit entities and trust accounts. The team is relatively small so you will be given a good section of work from day one and have a high-degree of client contact.
The individual
Ideally the partner seeks a degree educated accountant who has a minimum of 2 years previous experience in external audit in Australia. You will have excellent communication skills and must have the confidence to deal with senior clients on a daily basis. The firm can offer excellent training as well as financial support for your professional qualification.
