Mukuru Promotion Centre, A faith-based organization is looking for a dynamic, innovative and self-motivated marketing executive to pioneer its resource mobilization function.
This is a performance-based and fixed-term contract.
Overall Purpose
The position will report to the project Director and will be responsible for development and implementation of innovative resource mobilization strategies and resource mobilization promotional packages to enable MPC achieve its growth and realize its expansion plan.
Specifications:
• Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing option or its equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Good Leadership skills
• Ability to work well with people from diverse cultures.
• Integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under intense pressure and at odd hours.
