Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The
incumbent will be taking dictation, transcribing and presenting it into
accurate and error free work; - Receiving
and dispatching mails for the office; - Receiving
and guiding clients to the right offices; - Arrange
and make appointments and following them up; - Supervising
and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office; - Managing
office equipment and stationery properly; - Mentoring
and supervising lower support staff.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

- The
candidate should hold an Ordinary Level Certificate with at 2 credits including
English language and three (3) passes. - Possession
of a UNEB Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
qualifications from a recognized awarding Institution with the following
subjects. - Business
Communication Stage II - Typewriting
Stage II (40 wpm) - Shorthand
Stage I (60/70 wpm) - Office
Practice II / Secretarial Duties II - Skills
in records and information management; - Proficiency
in information and communications Technology; - Skills
in Public Relations and Customer Care; - High
degree of Confidentiality.
Age: 25-45 years
