Applications are sought from persons with previous
vehicle dealership experience for the position of New Car Sales Clerk with our
flagship Holden Sales dealership in Hobart.
This position is available for immediate
commencement.

The New Car Clerk is principally responsible for
coordinating the new car pre-delivery function, including liaison with the
pre-delivery department, sales consultants and external suppliers ahead of
delivery; and overseeing vehicle movements and stock control related
activities.
The role will also involve the registration of new
vehicles and the processing and submission of sales deals, claims and GSD9N’s
(submission of daily sales to the manufacturer), account reconciliation; and
may be required to provide switchboard relief as required.
As we are a high volume dealer this position is a
demanding one, requiring excellent organization skills, strong communication
skills and a sense of humour that will allow you to cope with the pressure of
the job.
We are seeking someone with previous dealership
experience, with sound clerical skills, computer skills and previous
reconciliation/processing experience.  Persons without this experience
will not be considered at this stage and need not apply.
