ople wanting to experience
life on a mixed, organic, permaculture-based farm.
We raise livestock: pigs, sheep, rabbits, layer hens, meat birds,
ducks and turkeys as well as have a small market garden and large
household garden. There is a small food forest, a larger food forest
under construction as well as an orchard. Hiking and swimming nearby
in the lovely Cowichan Valley.
We are about 15 minutes drive from the scenic town of Duncan. Your own
room and lots of wonderful farm food in exchange for work. Pick-up and
drop off at bus depot if needed. Positions open from 2nd week of
April, 2015. Singles or couples welcome.
