Estates
The team is led by two senior practitioners who have leading reputations in the
industry.
They provide a full complement of services including estate planning, probate
and estate administration, trust structuring and advice, and estate litigation.
Position Description
The Estates team is looking for a lawyer at the intermediate level with a keen
interest in working across all areas of estates law — planning,
administration, trusts and litigation.
You will work across both senior practitioners on:
- estate
planning (including enduring powers of attorney and wills incorporating
trusts); - trusts
(including the formation of the appropriate type); - estate
administration (granting probate etc); and - estate
litigation (including matters involving family provision claims).
is an extremely varied and rewarding role.
Requirements
You will be a mid-level solicitor — 2 to 4 years — with experience in wills
and estates.
In addition, you will have:
- a
developing commercial awareness; and - a
proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
