The 70 partner Dispute Resolution practice is one of the premier practices
across Australia and operate in a broad array of industries
including: manufacturing, banking and finance, commercial prope
rty,
construction and engineering, health, infrastructure and utilities, petroleum,
telecommunications, tourism, transport and distribution.
Position description
Our client is looking for a highly capable dispute resolution lawyer to join
this busy one partner team, made up of a senior associates and several
associates of varying levels.
This is a broad litigation position and will see you working on disputed
matters across:
- financial
regulatory including fraud and anti-corruption; - competition
and consumer; - corporate,
including acquisition, joint venture and share holder disputes; - banking
& insolvency; - franchising;
- property
and leasing disputes; and - general
commercial.
have an impressive client list of some of Australia and the worlds leading
corporates and financial institutions. This is a busy team and will see you
handling everything from drafting advises and pleadings, to preparing
affidavits and witness statements through to preparing matters for hearing.
Requirements
The successful candidates will have between 3-5 years post qualified experience
from a top tier, international or highly regarded litigation practice.
You will have advanced communication skills and possess an excellent academic
transcript.
