Job Role:
Supervise the shift operations and the operators.
Make sure that there are minimum losses.
Generate and submit reports about production targets, criteria, achievements, losses and any irregularities on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
Requirements:
Qualification(s):
Minimum A-Levels and at least a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering.
Competencies:
Should have good managerial qualities.
Should be able to handle a shift of several workers.
Good communication skills in Kiswahili and English.
Must be IT literate.
Experience:
About 5 years of experience in handling shifts and in production line for cosmetics manufacturing.
