POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Market Hub
Operator (MHO) main objective is to do the selling of the Mobisol Solar Home
Systems (SHS) at the terminal of the Mobisol structure where interaction with
company clients takes place.

Market Hub Operator’s main strategic task is to operate his/her Market Hub
through which the sales are delivered.

· Operate the Market Hub according to “MH Rules

· Educate potential customer on Mobisol

· Perform customer affordability check, i.e.
the completion of the Customer Qualification Sheet and handling m-Tawi

· Process sales by completing contract

· Explain after-sales service to customers and
provide them with phone numbers of local technicians for scheduling the

· Properly control and maintain the MH

· Support deliveries from/to the Regional Hub

Qualifications

Rwandan by nationality.

At least senior six leaver/diploma holder in
business, marketing, management, sales, customer relations or other related
field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar
position in sales, marketing, commission agents, freelance sales/marketing
