Human Resource & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions and Office Administration.
• To ensure the HR & Admin policy is being implemented.
• Monitoring and supervising all matters relating to head office and site office administration, operations and maintenance (which includes company’s vehicle, staff quarters, satellite offices) to ensure effective utilization of the company’s resources.
• Handling on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, employee relations matters in compliances with local labour laws.
• Involves in Organizational Development / Change Management.
• Manage day to day operation and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies & Administration Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience preferably in construction field is required for this position.
• Must possess strong leadership, managerial, mentoring, and counseling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful, result-oriented, analytical and computer literate.
• Able to work under pressure.
• The candidate must be aggressive, energetic, willing to work extra hours and hands-on.
• Able to resolved problems.
