a experienced Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager and bartenders to
join the team immediately.

The
successful applicant(s) could be either a seasoned hospitality professional or
a skilled bar tender ready to take that next step into a management position.

Previous
experience in hospitality is preferred, however, if you are an aspiring

To
be considered seriously for the role, you should have experience,
qualifications and or demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:

RSA;
Thorough
understanding of the ACT Liquor Act;
Customer
service;
Cash
handling and banking;
Manage
Staff;
Strong
leadership skills with a lead by example approach to manage a team of
staff;
Liaising
with Police, Liquor licensing and other authorities;
Ability
to continuously train and mentor staff;
Cost
and create rosters;
Order,
receipt and stock take liquor and food supplies;
Source,
design and costing of wine and cocktail menus.
