Senior Technical Officers (grade J) with a minimum of 4 yrs experience
at that grade and in possession of either City and Guilds of London
Certificate, Advanced Malawi Craft Certificate or National Trade Test Grade 1
Certificate in either Automobile, Mechanical Electrical or Construction field
OR non-serving in possession of a Bachelors Degree in either Automobile,
Construction, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering obtained need from
recognised institutions

his activities, drafting related Trade knowledge (theory) question items and
their provisional marking schemes (answers), supervising workshop assistants
