transport sector development in Rwanda is aligned to Economic Development and

main objective of recruiting international expert in public transport is to
enhance the Ministry of Infrastructure’s capacity to effectively develop and
manage an integrated transport and contribute more efficiently to the national
economic growth, economic development and poverty reduction. In view of the
above, the Ministry of Infrastructure seeks to recruit the following
