Ministry of Health Switchboard Operator Job Vacancy in Rwanda

1. Terms of Reference
• To maintain the efficiency of 912 call centre 24h/24h all days of year:
– To resolve rapidly any technical problem with telephone lines for 912
– To keep 912 telephone lines in good working order

• To receive, register and orient all calls for rescue and all requests for
medical information:
– To assure a permanent listening of telephone calls arriving at 912 call
centre;
– To convey to the regulator ( anaesthesia technician) all calls for rescue
interventions;
– To register initial and final reports sent by mobile teams on scene.

• To replace the Samu secretary accountant whenever necessary:
– To assure mail reception and delivery;
– To keep the Samu accountancy;
– To prepare the necessary reports on time.

2. Qualification required
– Rwandan citizenship;
– A1 in Secretariat or Communication with a back ground in Accounting
– Proficient knowledge of computers (MS Word , MS Excel, Internet)
– Professional experience of at least 2 years in Secretariat or Communication
– Knowledge of English. French , Swahili and Kinyarwanda
