Senior Manager Organization Development

Job
Description

The
role requires a strategic business partner, leading the development
and standardization and implementation of Human Resources initiatives,
organizational development to ensure bench of highly potential talent .
Directs
the development, implementation and coordination of policies and
programmes for the region. Provide HR contribution to the Business Strat
Plan and annual plan for the business through the development and
implementation of relevant HR strategies, plans and policies.
Contribute
to the company’s ability to attract, retain and motivate talented, engaged
and committed employees by recommending sound and equitable performance
and reward systems and competitive total C&B, policies.
Support
the design and implementation of change management strategies and
processes which deliver organization development objectives, skills
development.
The
position provides technical expertise and advice to senior management on
identifying and solving HR related issues aimed at supporting the
deployment of the strategy.

Requirements

You
should have had multiple country experience and managed a large work force
and should have managed the senior leadership team as well.
The
regional scope of the job defines the varying degrees of complexities of
each business within the Africa region so your leadership skills and
