  • Review
    purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
  • Participate
    in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute
    materials.
  • Resolve
    vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
  • Represent
    companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with
    suppliers.
