Co-Founder of Booty Camp Fitness, Inc., “#1 Best Small and Medium Employer in Canada”, has started a new company called MettaMeals.com (non-affiliated with Booty Camp). We are finishing the development of web portal/mobile application to help clients adopt or fine-tune a plant-based diet. Because rapid expansion is expected, we currently have one (1) full-time Executive Assistant position to fill immediately.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a focused, intelligent and detail-orientated individual to join our awesome team in Toronto. Working closely with the Founder, you will help the Founder to maintain his maximum productivity by researching, communicating, and organizing projects/tasks/initiatives.
Accountabilities (“Scoreboard”):
• Research: web, books, fitness, suppliers, potential employees, etc.
• Communication: prioritize and manage all communication from the Founder’s office regarding his schedule, travel, and projects
• The Executive’s Personal Life: creating social events, paying bills, filling in forms, etc.
• Light Bookkeeping: always knowing the daily/weekly/monthly gross sales numbers, purchasing, receipts, etc.
• Fill in the gaps with their help where ever possible: customer service, accounting, HR, marketing, fitness, technology, etc.

• College or University educated
• Two (2) plus years experience in a office/business environment
• High follow through aka you have an ability to get S#%T done.
• Multi-tasker. Enjoy organizing many tasks to ensure they get done.
• Teachable. Meaning, you’re curious and open to learning new ways of doing and thinking about tasks.
• Skilled in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• A proactive individual with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and desire to be successful

Compensation:
• 40-50 weekly hours you will receive a Base Salary + Bonus (bi-annually based on performance) = $40,000 + $4,000 = $44,000
