ADMINISTRATION TEAM LEADER
The company is
looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the position of Premium
administration team leader within the Operations Department tenable in Gaborone
Reporting to the
Head of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for organizing and
supervision of Premium administration activities to ensure timeous and accurate
allocation of premiums into client p
olicies
KEY PERFORMANCE
AREAS :
– Supervision of premiums collection
-Checking of allocation of premiums to client policies
-Follow up on unreconciled payments for effective clearing of the suspense
account and appropriate premium allocation into client policies
-Processing of tape and government rejections
-Production of lapse exception report
-Management of relations with payroll officers
-Handling of clients queries

REQUIREMENTS :
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
-Certificate in Proficiency (Long Term Insurance )
-3 years experience in premium administration or collections environment, with
at least 2 years experience in a life insurance or banking environment
-Knowledge of Microsoft office
