The role:
The primary objective of this position is to assist in the development of MetaPM’s learning services practice and business stream. Responsible for the successful growth and development of the learning practice business, you will:
*Manage needs analysis and identification of customised training solutions for “ideal” clients then managing the development and delivery of training solutions to meet their needs.
*Work across the business to manage the development of associated marketing and sales collateral including brochures, website content, case studies, proposals and tenders for such training solutions
*Actively develop, manage and maintain strong business relationships, identifying and qualifying leads and opportunities and working across the business to help drive marketing campaigns and events.
*Drive the geographic expansion of the practice in line with business strategy
*Actively update and maintain the customer contact database and sales pipeline system
*Assist with the marketing and promotion of other MetaPM products and services.
The ideal candidate:
Ideal candidates will present a compelling value proposition that includes a strong track record in business development and client relationship management. A contributing member of the MetaPM sales and client management team is expected to have:
• A minimum of 3 years sales experience, in a corporate environment
* Well developed understanding of Project Management methodologies and terminology
• Tertiary qualifications, or a solid background in sales or project management
