Médecins du Monde (MdM) is an international
humanitarian organisation whose mission is to provide medical care for the most
vulnerable populations, the world over, including France. It seeks to stimulate

In order to support the Tanzanian people addressing

We are looking for an administrative support for

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Support Administrator you will be in charge of
the closing of 2012 accounts in close collaboration with the Administrator and
the General Coordinator.

You are in
charge of the budget and finance management (budget follow-up, cash flow
management, bills payment )

Prepare
and send to headquarters all accounting document from September 2012

Ensure
that bank reconciliation statements and equipment and staff monthly statements
are correctly filled in and signed

that the reconciliation is made between the vouchers and the payments

Depending of the time required for the above

Experience required: – Experience of 1 year minimum
as administrator on large project within NGO – Previous experience with MdM is
a plus

Fluent English (oral and written) mandatory
Qualities required: – Well organized, flexible,

Starting: ASAP
Duration: 1,5 month
Contract: VOLUNTEER (French law)
Monthly allowance: 915 euros / months (+ perdiem)
