Maxwell Stamp are now recruiting for highly
experienced Team Leaders to manage forthcoming donor-funded resilience projects
in Africa.

Team Leaders are responsible for overall
co-ordination and management of the programmes. This includes managing
relationships with the donor, the government, any consortium partners and other
key stakeholders. Team Leader positions are full time for the duration of the
project, based in-country and typically last between four and six years.

Resilience Programmes
Resilience projects focus on improving the ability
of countries, communities and households to manage change in the face of shocks
or stresses. Shocks and stresses include both earthquakes and drought. Project
activities can range between social safety nets, climate resilient activities,
livelihood diversification and early warning systems.

The Team Leader is responsible for the overall

the programme and ensure that the whole team and partner organisations are

Qualifications and Experience
·
Advanced university degree in Political Science,
Development, Law, Public Administration or other relevant disciplines;

Proven track record in at least two or more of the
