Matrix Investments Ltd is a Business Development Services (BDS) provider which
is established to foster the Business Development Support Services to Small and
Medium Enterprises (SMEs) development, government agencies and private
institutions. Matrix Investment Ltd works in collaboration with its business
partners in social responsive strategies to support and facilitate sustainable
development through access to market programs, enterprise development, business
linkages, and feasibility assessment and to set up investments in new and
innovative business services specifically targeting the SMEs sector. Matrix
Investments Limited is looking for self motivated, committed and qualified personnel
to fulfill the following position.
MARKETING / SALES PERSONEL ( 5 POSTS)
General Purpose
To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of
product and service delivery.
Job Descriptions
_ Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current
and potential clients
_ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
_ Develop sales proposals
_ develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
_ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
_ Negotiate with clients and ensure customer service satisfaction and good
client relationships
_ Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
_ Performs any other duties as assigned by superior
Minimum qualifications required
_ Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration major in Marketing or
Public Relations and marketing
_ Excellent Oral and written communication skills
_ Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
_ Knowledge of customer service principles
_ Experience in making sales presentations
_ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
_ ICT tools is a must. ( Word, Excel, Outlook e.t.c )
_ Experience in the relevant field will be an advantage
