agencies and private institutions. Matrix Investment Ltd works in collaboration
with its business partners in social responsive strategies to support and
facilitate sustainable development through access to market programs,
enterprise development, business linkages, and feasibility assessment and to
set up investments in new and innovative business services specifically
targeting the SMEs sector. Matrix Investments Limited is looking for self
motivated, committed and qualified personnel to fulfill the following position.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER ( 1 POST)
Job Descriptions
_ Ensuring the successful day to day operations
_ Answering customers enquiries
_ Open and close the office
_ Administrative support to sales team
_ Maintain documents and records of the company
_ Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other
departments
_ General administrative functions as assigned
Minimum qualifications required
_ Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Public Relations, Human Resource or
Mass communication
_ Excellent Oral and written communication skills
_ Excellent ability to build positive working relations
_ Excellent ability to identify priorities and problems and provide timely
solutions
_ High degree of integrity to deal with confidential information
_ ICT tools is a must. ( Word, Excel, Outlook e.t.c )
_ Experience in Administrative management will be an advantage
