Senior Regional Managers (2 Positions)
The Senior Regional Manager will lead and manage the day to day
implementation of Mary’s Meals School Feeding Programme (SFP) in the assigned
region and/or districts and other areas as required in close collaboration with
the Head of School Feeding. He/she will undertake supervision of School Feeding
Managers (SFMs), co-manage field offices, coordinate delivery of programme
goods, collect, analyse and forward programme information to the Head Office,
organise and implement trainings for staff, school personnel and volunteers,
provide a conduit for information flow from the field to the head office, resolve
programme related issues and liaise with appropriate traditional gate keepers
on community mobilization and participation in SFP activities.

Qualification and Experience

At least
a first Degree in Development studies, Public Health, Nutrition, Community
Development, Community Nursing, Education or any of the social sciences. Post
graduate Degree will be added advantage.

five (5) years project/programme experience two of which should be at a
management and team leadership level in an NGO environment with responsibility
for managing staff, activities, financial resources, assets and external
relationships.
