School Feeding Managers (2 Positions)
The School Feeding Manager will be responsible for the day to
day implementation of Mary’s Meals SFP programme in the assigned region and
other areas as required. This post will undertake supervision of field based
School Feeding Officers (SFO) to ensure if the SFOs are adhering to SFP minimum
standard operating procedures, manage the field office, coordinate delivery of
programme goods, collect, analyse and forward correct programme information to
the Head Office, organise and implement trainings for staff, school personnel
and volunteers, provide a conduit for correct and timely information flow from
the field to the head office, resolve programme related issues and lobby with
appropriate traditional gate keepers on community mobilization and
participation in SFP activities.

Qualification and Experience

At least
a first Degree in Development studies, Public Health, Nutrition, Community
Development, Community Nursing, Education or any of the social sciences.

three (3) years project/programme experience two of which should be at a
management and team leadership level in an NGO environment with responsibility
for managing staff, activities, financial resources, assets and external
