As Contracts
Administrator you will have the support of a highly experienced Site Manager
and Project Manager, with an opportunity to prove your abilities in order to step
up into your next desired career move.
The Role
This CA role will
see you take on some of the coordination duties of a Project Manager, which
will give you vital experience to step up into a Project Manager role
over time.
- Vetting
& letting of subcontractor & supplier packages - Coordinate
lead times for subbies - Manage
cashflow to ensure financial success of project - Handling
all progress and variation claims and EOTs - Monthly
financial reporting - Processing
subcontractor and client invoices - Identify
& interpret contracts to seek out variations
Your Skills
& Experience
- Relevant
degree qualification - 3+
years Contracts Administration experience for projects in excess of $8m,
ideally with retail exposure - D&C
experience will be favourable - Commercially
savvy
