therefore looking for a motivated and experienced production estimator.
The
Role
Role
- Completing
all building estimating requirements - Producing
accurate documentation within budgeted timelines; - Resolving
ordering oversights and making amendments as required; - Maintaining
a thorough knowledge of company products and services - Excellent
customer service skills, supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and
contractor
are maintained and improved.
What
you need
you need
- Able to
see the bigger picture, adaptable to change and scope - 2-4
years experience with a local Project Builder - Excellent
communication skills, written & verbal - A
results driven approach - Evidence
of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously - Experience
in production estimating advantageous - Construction
knowledge and a trade background - Experience
working with an estimating system similar to Databuild - The
ability to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for
max effectiveness
