Reporting to the Operations Manager,
the Negotiator will be primarily responsible for directly
communicating with dealers/traders to close the sale of vehicles via the
online auction system and maintain key customer relationships with assigned
portfolio of new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Introducing new customers to Dealer-Auction in
achieving revenue and profit growth - Support Dealer-Auction.com.au to maintain and
leverage its market position by ensuring dealers are adhering to best
practices and achieving clearance rate targets - Maintain and develop existing and new customers
through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods - Ensure excellent relationships are maintained
with assigned portfolio of customers (Dealers)
The Successful Candidate
- Retail sales experience
- Self motivated
- Willing to drive new business in conjunction
with the Business Development team - Strong negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and team player
