Assistant Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all human resource related matters including recruitment, disciplinary issue, staff motivation & counselling, compensation & benefit, training & development, industrial relations as well as human resource administration functions
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Certificate in Human Resources Management, SPM holder with more than 2 years human resource experience in hotel will be considered
• 1-2 years Human Resource experience preferably in a hotel environment
• Positive work attitude, committed, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality
• Good command in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations
