MANAGERS for RETIREMENT VILLAGE NSW South Coast Management is sought for an established privately run retirement village on the beautiful south coast of NSW in idyllic Batemans Bay. Expressions of interest are sought from people interested in full time or part time positions managing the village. The position(s) would suit a single applicant or a team of two people who would job share and together have the experience to be able to manage all facets of running the village. Ideally one team member should have a first aid qualification or nursing background. Excellent time management skills, a flexible approach to tasks, basic account skills, computer literacy, and being proactive in maintaining and improving the village are required. A salary package that can include an on-site residence will be negotiated dependent upon the level of experience and qualifications brought to the position.
