ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / FEES COORDINATOR
Through a combination of system administration, management reporting and
personalised customer service, the Fees Coordinator plays a significant role in
driving the College’s strategic priorities of stewardship and community.
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Fees Coordinator is responsible for the:
- Administering, maintaining and follow-up of the
College’s parent’s fees accounts. - Allocation of charges and receipting of payments
for a broad range of extra-curricular activities. - Maintaining and nurturing of customer
relationships including those families experiencing financial distress.
As an experienced accounts receivable / finance professional, you will have a
strong work ethic, experience with meeting strict deadlines and have a
background working with high volume calls and transactions without compromising
accuracy or confidentiality.
Most importantly we are looking for a team player with high standards,
effective communication skills and a positive, professional and friendly
disposition.
Experience in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
