Duties and Responsibilities:
• Negotiates and elaborates comparative analysis about transportation suppliers and prices
• Coordinates with different Civil Works and Telecom, Installation Contractors, effective and on time equipment arrivals at pertaining sites
• Arranges and manages lifting equipment and cranes when necessary at designated sites
• Coordination for logistics of arriving materials as well as control and report of re-ordering stock levels
• Minimal/critical products’ stock levels at warehouse
• Elaboration of required Bill of Quantities for sites’ deliveries and Requests for Purchases
• Control for new suppliers as well as maintenance to data base of present suppliers
• Generate reports about related costs to sites in service
Qualification and Skills:
• Degree in Procurement and Logistics or a related field
• 2-3 years experience in Warehousing experience
• Hands on with the warehouse and inventory management
• Managing the warehousing and logistics agency
• Managing the SIM, RC and devices distribution
• Complete knowledge of warehouse procedures-GRN, Mover Orders, GIN, Stock keeping etc
• Working knowledge of oracle inventory module is desirable
• Make sure all the records should be updated on real time basis and reporting
• Must be Rwandan
