– Provide administrative assistance to management
– Arrange administrative and logistic aspects of staff travel
– Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer messages to relevant staff
members
– Greet clients/visitors and arrange catering/refreshments for the conference
room
– Collect, distribute and send mail
– Monitor stationary supplies and place orders when needed
– Assist in developing Company policies and job specific procedures
– Ad hoc duties as required
