LIVINGSTONIA
SYNOD HIV/AIDS PROGRAMME(LISAP).
To
be based in Karonga to manage the Boys and Girls Empowerment Project for three
years, starting July 2013-june 2016.
The
main purpose of the post is to assist in empowerment of boys and girls in
Iponga through increased access to education which will enable them to protect
themselves against various forms of abuse and exploitation which force them to
drop out of school and predispose them to HIV and AIDS.
THE
PERSON:
1.Male
or female aged 25-35 yrs
2.Minimum
qualification is diploma in education or rural development with at least 2yrs
experience in HIV and AIDS community based programmes.
3.Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Knowledge
of basic computer programmes e.g. Word processing and spreadsheets wd be an
advantage.
5.Having
a full motorcycle license and being a competent rider is a must.
