Executive Chef –
Likuni Caterers Company Limited

To manage a
professional team of catering personnel in order to deliver quality meals and
services to our clients at all time

s

A minimum of age of
30 yrs, A professionally recognised Certificate/Diploma in Food Production
operations, Must have worked their way up the kitchen hierarchy in many
different roles before assuming this particular title, Must have a minimum
qualification of MSCE,  Those with higher qualifications will have an
added advantage, Must be technically very competent with all corners of the
kitchen

Spot problems and
resolve them quickly and efficiently, maintain a level head and delegate many
kitchen tasks simultaneously, Must be of high integrity and be an effective
team player, Should be able to maximize the productivity of kitchen staff, as
well as managing sous chef and chef de partie who are directly under him/her in
the chain of command, Maintaining impeccable personal hygiene as well as high
work and safety standards in the workplace, Ensure that his/her section teams
conform to the company’s cost control standards and ethics, Should be able to
write a variety of menus and demonstrate their production

This is a senior
position and the successful candidate will be adequately remunerated in line
with company standards

Waiters/Waitresses –
Likuni Caterers Company Limited

Must have worked I a
busy restaurant for a minimum of 2 yrs, Must have a minimum qualification of
MSCE, Must have a recognised Food and beverage service Certificate from a
reputable training institution, A high standard of personal and kitchen hygiene
is a prerequisite, Should be ready to work long and odd hours

Chefs – Likuni
Caterers Company Limited

At least 26 yrs of
age, Must have a minimum qualification of MSCE, must have a recognised Food
Production Certificate from MIT or any reputable training institution, A high
standard of personal and kitchen hygiene is  a prerequisite, Must
have worked in a busy reputable hotel kitchen for a minimum of 5 yrs
