and corporate markets. Liberty is interested in recruiting a dynamic Ugandan
leader, with experience in Health management & Insurance services to fill

to: Managing Director
Job Purpose: To
provide the appropriate level of expertise for in-country operations in terms
of transacting capabilities, operating systems, processes and people, to ensure
that In-Country Operations are efficient, effective and provide a competitive
advantage.
Key Performance
Areas
1 Ensure effective
management of daily operations to achieve strategic objectives. Represent
Liberty Blue at Industry Forums and any other key business forums.
Build sustainable
relationships with key stakeholders for brand enhancement Establish and
implement country specific strategies to effectively address opportunities
& threats.
Provide in-put to
the operational strategies, product and business development practices and
ensure successful
implementation. Assume responsibility for markA, legislative and industry
reviews in country for business insight
Ensure operational
and business growth targets are met.
Effectively manage
the budget and operating expenditure of in-country costs. Provide effective
leadership to staff through ensuring effective people management and staff
Motivation.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree
in Marketing or business course
• Post Graduate
Degree in Business is an added advantage
• Over Five (5)
years experience in Health Operations Management.
• Three to Five
years experience in Insurance Operations
• Strong
communication & Negotiation skills.
• Advanced
Leadership skills
• Must be a change
agent with high influence.
