Responsibilities:
• Manage orders from local and regional sales
• Ensure accuracy of orders being keyed to the system and transfer orders to factory on timely manner
• Responsible for tracking & tracing of shipments
• Liaising with customers and ASEAN region on order processing matters and management of order changes.
• Administer all documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangement
• Timely notification of any availability/delivery issues, product changes and order cancellation
• Ensure special production and shipping instructions are followed.
• Follow up on payments before delivery
• Close liaison with customer and Finance dept on LC drafts and finalization if any
• Manage Order commissions and discounts
• Liaise with overseas suppliers & freight forwarders
• Update Sales with all relevant sales related information
• Provide Sales support to existing customers
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Business Field
• Prefer with 3 years experiences in order management and similar industries
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ie Excel, Word & Power point
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English, preferably able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skills, customer focus and result oriented
• Singaporean only
